Our monthly meetings are open to all active members, regardless of seniority!

Where

Our meetings alternate between 2120 and Graveley; even months held at 2120 and odd months held at Graveley. The room and location is TBA, but generally the 7th floor boardroom of 2120, or room 200 of Graveley.

When

Usually the second Thursday of every month, at 5pm. *No in-person meetings in July or August*

Please check the VPD intranet general announcements and the monthly PMBA newsletters for confirmation of the time and location of the meetings.

Attendance Draw

Be sure to bring $1 for the attendance draw! First place is $75, second place is $50, and third takes home the loonies!

What is discussed

Every meeting our board discusses upcoming events, considers motions from members, and provides updates on the finances of the association. 

Club and Team Funding

The PMBA may provide funding up to $750 to support a new club/team, while providing $1000 in funding in subsequent years. These teams need to be affiliated with the VPD/PMBA and benefit members of the PMBA. 

If you would like to request funding to start a new club/team, or to support an existing club/team, please email pmba@vpd.ca and CC harry.wong@vpd.ca to get on the next meeting agenda. A representative from the club/team will need to attend a monthly PMBA meeting, explain what the funds will be used for, and make a motion for the donation.  Requests are granted once a year per team/club.
